Complaints and Arbitration

Complaints are handled by our support team and escalated within the Company, whenever necessary. Player complaints can be sent to complaints@nova88.net. Players shall be informed accordingly by the Company.

After the Company’s internal process has been fully exhausted, a Player may use the ADR entity Maltese Alternative Dispute Resolution Entity (MADRE). The dispute resolution shall be done in accordance with the procedure at MADRE, and complaints at MADRE can be made via their website (www.madre-online.eu) by filling out the claims form.
